How to apply
Applications are accepted two times per year. In April of each year we recruit students in the 8th grade from East, West & Edmonson Middle Schools for participation the following school year as high school freshmen. Upward Bound representatives will visit each middle school in the Spring to provide information about the program. Applications are available in the counseling office.
We also recruit students in the 9th and 10th grades from Ypsilanti and Willow Run High Schools. Upward Bound representatives visit each high school in September to provide information about the program. Applications are available in the counseling office and must be completed and returned to the Upward Bound office or to the high school counseling office by the first Monday in October.
